This morning, join us for an 8 AM vinyasa flow workshop. In this session, you will get to follow your own flow and stretch your body. We will spend the morning session in a peaceful environment, walking and exploring our own sense of flow. Take this hour to truly inhabit your body and find a sense of ease and comfort. You will be guided by experienced instructors as you move through a series of poses, connecting your breath and movement. Afterward, we will rest under the shade of the pavilion, allowing you to fully soak in the experience and savor the moment.
