TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Exhibitors, or their representatives, will be attired in a business like and professional manner, and shall abide by the Conference Code of Conduct, a copy of which is attached.
2. The Exhibitor may not share their booth with any other business in any way, which includes distributing information, product literature, business cards, or display of product without the exclusive permission of Good Time Family Campout representatives.
3. Good Time Family Campout reserves the absolute right to assign all
Exhibitor space after the receipt of a signed and completed application AND
payment in full. Noisy exhibits, odor producing exhibits, exhibits displaying bad,
lewd, immoral taste, of questionable nature, or demoralizing tendency are expressly prohibited. The right is reserved by and expressly granted to the Good Time Family Campout representatives to remove from any exhibition space and from the event venue, with or without notice, any article or person or exhibitor which, or whom, in its opinion is not keeping with the Conference Code of Conduct or is an infraction of any provision of this agreement.
4. Exhibitors will be responsible, at all times, for their merchandise. Good Time Family Campout will not be liable for theft or loss of exhibit items, merchandise
and wares or any personal property of exhibitor or its employees or agents.
5. The Exhibitor, their employees and/or representatives are responsible for
assembling, dismantling, packing, unpacking, and placement of any materials for
their display. Arrangements to ship booth materials or other items for the Exhibitor display must be made with the venue prior to the Exhibitor’s arrival and/or departure. Exhibitors are solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping, applicable off loading, and storage fees.
6. Set-up of displays in the exhibitor area will be from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday, July 22nd 2024. Nothing may be affixed, nailed or otherwise attached to walls, floors, ceiling, doors, left in field in your zone etc., in such a manner as to deface or destroy said property. We will be doing moop checks in each vendor zone and if left trashed may result in may be deemed 

as not able to participate the following year.All space is leased and is subject to these restrictions. Violations of these rules will void

the Exhibitor’s contract and the Exhibitor will be held liable for any damages from
such violations. Payment of any damages shall be made by the Exhibitor directly to the venue. All boxes, crates, and packing materials used in connection with the
exhibit must be removed from the area by no later than 2 p.m., Monday,
July 22nd 2024.
7. Each and every article of exhibition must be removed by the exhibitor from the
premises by no later than July 22nd 2024.
8. Display hours on Friday, November 19, 2024, will be from 11am to 7pm. All
Exhibitors are expected to be present in the exhibit space during these hours.
9. Good Time Family Campout  reserves the right to take and use any pictures,
video or recording of any part or whole exhibit and staff as promotional material for future events. In order to provide all participants with the opportunity to benefit from Good Time Family Campout (GTC) events and activities, GTC is committed to providing a friendly, safe, supportive and harassment-free environment for all attendees and participants, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or other group identity. This code of conduct outlines GTC’s expectations for all attendees and participants, including all members, speakers, vendors, media representatives, commentators, exhibitors,
sponsors and volunteers. Cooperation is expected from everyone and organizers will actively enforce this code throughout this event. Violations are taken seriously. Expected Behavior GTC expects attendees and participants to communicate professionally and constructively, whether in person or virtually, handling dissent or disagreement with courtesy, dignity and an open mind, being respectful when providing feedback, and being open to alternate points of view. Likewise, when sharing information about the organization or any attendees or participants via public communication channels, GTC expects participants to share responsibly and clearly distinguish individual opinion from fact.
Unacceptable Behavior GTC does not tolerate harassment of attendees or participants in any form. Harassment includes offensive verbal or written comments, and negative behavior, either in real or virtual space, including those which are related to or are based upon gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, physical appearance, body size,
race, ethnicity, religion or other group identity. Harassment also includes display of sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.Sexual language and imagery outside of the birth paradigm are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, social events, and social media. Sponsors,
exhibitors, speakers, media representatives, commentators and activity organizers may not use sexualized language, images, activities, or other material, or otherwise create a sexualized environment outside of the birth paradigm.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior If an attendee or participant, in either real or virtual space, engages in inappropriate, harassing, abusive or destructive behavior or language, the conference organizers will determine and carry out the appropriate course of action, including warning the offender, expulsion from the conference with no refund and/or banning the offender from future GTC events and activities. All participants are expected to observe these rules and behaviors in all conference venues, including online venues and conference social events. Conference participants seek to learn, network and enjoy themselves in the process, free from any type of harassment. Please participate responsibly and with respect for the rights of others. Video and studio recording — including streaming — of sessions for commercial use is strictly prohibited. Recordings for noncommercial use are allowed with the permission of the presenter as indicated in the program listing for each session. Any recording should respect the presenter’s rights and not be disruptive. Look for the Not Recordable icon to identify sessions where recording is not permitted.
