Choose from three campsite sizes (purchased once for your group):

Walk-In Camping – 10’x10’ (included with Upper Lot ticket)
Ideal for solo campers or couples who travel light. -
Car Camping – 20’x10’ (included with Upper Lot ticket)
Space for a car, small/medium tent, and a common area. -
Deluxe – 20’x40’ (+$150/site)
Perfect for friends or family (must arrive together). Space for a small camper or pick-up, awning, chairs, and tents. -
RV/Bus – 20’x40’ (+$175 for Upper Lot, $200 for Bowl Lower Lot)
Space for full-sized RV or bus; no hook-ups or dumping stations. UPPER LOT available for all sizes. -
Lower Bowl RV Parking Pass
Valid for vehicles up to 20 feet long. RV passes needed for vehicles over 20 feet.

Here's the schedule for our stages:

We’d like to let you know a little bit of what to expect, especially for our day ticket holders. Day ticket holders can enter at 10:00 AM and are asked to leave after the Main Stage closes at 1:00 AM. Sweeps begin at 1 am.

Campsite Rules
-
Campsite Hours: Red Mud Ranch closes at noon (12 PM) on Monday, Aug 11, 2025. Vehicles left after will be considered abandoned and towed.
-
DAY TICKET HOLDERS IF YOUR CAR IS IN THE LOT PAST 2AM YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED TO MAKE ROOM FOR NEXT DAY DAY TICKET HOLDERS AND CLEAR THE SPACE. TICKETS ARE VALID 10am-1AM the day of your ticket.

Quieter Hours: From 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM in camp zones. Please be respectful of your neighbors during this time. Late Night Lounge is a good place for you or near mainstage.

No Amplified Music: Only pre-approved music is allowed on site.
-
Fire Safety: NO CAMPFIRES unless permitted by the fire department. No flames or smoke of any kind.
-
Wristbands Required: All persons on site must wear wristbands. No assistance for entry without wristbands.

Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
-
Prohibited Items: Outside alcohol, fireworks, weapons, animals (except service animals), illegal drugs, etc., are not permitted.

Garbage and Recycling: Please do not litter. Use provided recycling stations. "Pack in and pack out event!"

Restricted Areas: Stay out of marked restricted areas. Stay off stage and geo dome structures.

Valuables: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings. Lost & found locates in General store.
Note: Violations may result in removal from the property.
Fire Safety

No open flames at any time.

Smoking is in designated smoke areas ok (e-cigs and vapes encouraged over flame).

Drive only on mowed ground; do not idle vehicles.

No stoves/propane allowed near river camping.

Will There Be River Access?
Yes, Clear Creek will be accessible during designated river hours, with a lifeguard on duty. Please adhere to the following rules:

No glass on the beach.

Pack out what you pack in—this is a leave-no-trace event.

MOOP: Short for "Matter Out Of Place," MOOP refers to trash, litter, or any debris that shouldn't be where it is. Keeping the area free of MOOP helps keep the environment clean and safe for everyone.*Tip: Always pick up your MOOP and others' trash to keep the camping area enjoyable for all! -

Is There Parking Onsite?
Yes, parking is available for $25 DAY PAKING. Note that there is no re-entry permitted for vehicles during the festival.
Important Ticket Entry and Exit Policy
To ensure smooth operations, please note that entry hours outside of our designated box office hours are limited. Specifically, ticket holders will not be allowed entry between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m., except for those attending till the 1:00 a.m. nightly showcase or daytime ticketed events.
Artists and Attendees:

Artists arriving should plan to arrive before 10:00 p.m., as entry after this time will not be permitted.

Ticket holders attending the 1:00 a.m. showcase are welcome to arrive earlier and also to leave at any time.

Daytime ticket holders are free to leave and re-enter during their designated hours, but please be sure to enter before the cut-off time for entry.

Is There a Daycare Available?
No, all children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the weekend. We recommend writing the child's name and the adult's phone number on their wristband.
Are Children Allowed at the Festival?
Yes! Kids 6 and under enter for free, and those aged 7-17 can purchase discounted Jr. Tickets.
Is the Festival Accessible for ADA Attendees?
Yes, ADA parking is available at no extra cost, and accessible bathrooms are located next to the stage. Email us for any further accommodations: goodtimecampout@gmail.com. Subject: ADA
Are There Quiet Hours?
There are no quiet hours. If you have small children, consider setting up your camp away from the main festivities on top of bowl field needing tractor ride to come and go. Quieter Hours: From 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM in camp zones. Please be respectful of your neighbors during this time. Late Night Lounge is a good place for you or near main stage.
Is There Trash Disposal On-Site?
No, this is a pack-in, pack-out event. Join us on Sunday for the Pick-up Parade to support Mother Nature meeting at river stage and marching to main stage MOOP AWARD WINNER will be selected for a General Store prize!
Are There Mosquitos?
Yes but not bad, please bring bug spray.
Is There Seating by the Stage?
Seating is a bit cozy—Hay Bales and some Adirondack chairs are available by the main stage, but limited. Snuggle up and enjoy the show!, but feel free to bring your own lawn chair or picnic blanket.
Can I Bring a Pop-Up Tent?
Yes, but it must be set up in camping zones only away from the main stage. Shade/picnic tents under 5 feet are allowed.
Can We Bring a Grill?
Yes, but it must be used in the designated grill area.
Is Ice Available On-Site?
Yes, ice can be picked up before 1 PM at the TRUE NORTH BAR for $6 per bag or $8 per block. Cash and Venmo are accepted.
Can I Leave and Re-Enter?
No, re-entry is not allowed for vehicles or campers. Day Tickets would be ideal if you have to come and go. 10am-1am is your day pass hours and cars start getting towed if left over night in lot, so we have ample parking for our next day ticket holders.

Will There Be Food On-Site?
Yes, various food and snack options will be available, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Are There Water Bottle Refilling Stations?
No, there is no drinking water available on site at this festival. Please bring enough water to stay self-sufficient—we recommend at least 2 gallons per person per day. Water will be available for purchase at the True North Bar. We encourage everyone to bring their own hydration to stay comfortable and safe.

Can I Tag on Things and Inside the Porta Potties?
Tagging is not permitted, and violators will face fines.
Can I Smoke?
Vaping and cigarette smoking are allowed.
Can I Get a Ticket Refunded?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. Sell them to a friend or post them on our Facebook event page. 2024 tickets can be used at a later date but this will n
Does Camping Have Shade?
Camping is first-come, first-served, and there are shaded areas, especially in the walk-in zones. 10x10 are always helpful in camping areas. Must stake down.
What Age Groups Are Welcome?
All ages are welcome! We have activities suitable for younger kids through teens.
What Activities Are Available for Kids?
Family-friendly activities include a kids' zone, arts and crafts, games, and nature activities. A schedule will be available at the event.
Are Generators Allowed?
Generators are generally not allowed due to noise. If you need one for medical reasons, please contact us in advance.
Are There Restroom Facilities?
Yes, portable restrooms and hand-washing stations will be available throughout the festival.
What Should We Do in Case of Emergency?
We will have a medical team on site. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the nearest first aid station.
What Is the Check-In Process Like?
Check-in will be at the entrance. Have your tickets ready, along with any necessary identification for ADA parking or minor registrations. Our staff will assist you as needed to ensure a smooth arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions about Day Ticket Holders
Q: What are the visiting hours for day ticket holders?
A: Day ticket holders can enter the lot starting at 10:00 a.m. and are requested to leave by 1:00 a.m. after the main stage's final show.
Q: What happens if I don’t move my car after 2:00 a.m.?
A: If your car remains in the lot after 2:00 a.m., it may be towed unless you purchase a parking pass for the following day.
Q: Can I stay overnight without purchasing a second-day pass?
A: No. Cars need to be moved or removed by 2:00 a.m. after the main show. Staying later may result in towing unless you buy a parking pass for the next day.
Q: Do you offer ADA accommodations for day pa?
A: Yes, we have an incline at the entrance. If you need ADA accommodations, please notify us ahead of time so we can park you in the bowl area, which is more accessible.
Q: Shuttles:
A: There will be shuttle services running throughout the night, including during the final hour, to help get guests to and from the venue before the event ends and get to their cars after.
Q: Can I walk to the venue?
A: You are welcome to walk on the pathway. Please note that the path is partially lit, so carrying a flashlight and wearing proper shoes is recommended for safety and comfort.
Q: What if I want to leave and come back during the day?
A: NO Re-entry ,email for exceptions
Q: If Im caught with wrong band, what happens?
A: You will either be asked to leave or be required to purchase a band for the following day.
