Pricing:

  • Adult Weekend Pass:

    • Early Bird // Tier 1: $175 per person (includes walk-in or car camping - Upper Level)

    • Tier 2: $195 per person (includes walk-in or car camping - Upper Level)

    • Tier 3: $225 per person (includes walk-in or car camping - Upper Level)

    • (Deluxe and RV needs must be purchased in addition.)

  • Children 6 and under: Free!

  • Jr. Weekend Pass (ages 6-12): $80 per person (includes walk-in or car camping - Upper Level)

  • Youth Weekend Pass (ages 12-18): $120 per person (includes walk-in or car camping - Upper Level)

 

Campsites & Fees

Choose from three campsite sizes (purchased once for your group):

  1. Walk-In Camping – 10’x10’ (included with Upper Lot ticket)
    Ideal for solo campers or couples who travel light.

  2. Car Camping – 20’x10’ (included with Upper Lot ticket)
    Space for a car, small/medium tent, and a common area.

  3. Deluxe – 20’x40’ (+$150/site)
    Perfect for friends or family (must arrive together). Space for a small camper or pick-up, awning, chairs, and tents.

  4. RV/Bus – 20’x40’ (+$175 for Upper Lot, $200 for Bowl Lower Lot)
    Space for full-sized RV or bus; no hook-ups or dumping stations. UPPER LOT available for all sizes.

  5. Lower Bowl Parking Pass
    Valid for vehicles up to 20 feet long. RV passes needed for vehicles over 20 feet.

 

Check-In

  • MUST ARRIVE DURING BOX OFFICE HOURS TO ENTER:

    • Thursday EARLY ARRIVAL Aug 7th: 12pm-8pm (Early entry ticket needed)

    • Friday Aug 8th: 12am-10pm

    • Saturday Aug 9th: 10am-6pm

    • Sunday Aug 10th: 10am-2pm

The gate will close hard. Arrive prior to closing or you will have to wait until the next day.

 

Campsite Rules

  1. Campsite Hours: Red Mud Ranch closes at noon (12 PM) on Monday, Aug 11, 2025. Vehicles left after will be considered abandoned and towed.

  2. Campground Hours: Open from 3am until 7am during Good Time for ticketed campers. Please respect your neighbors.

  3. No Amplified Music: Only pre-approved music is allowed on site.

  4. Fire Safety: NO CAMPFIRES unless permitted by the fire department. No flames or smoke of any kind.

  5. Wristbands Required: All persons on site must wear wristbands. No assistance for entry without wristbands.

  6. Minors: Must be accompanied by a parent at all times.

  7. Prohibited Items: Outside alcohol, fireworks, weapons, animals (except service animals), illegal drugs, etc., are not permitted.

  8. Garbage and Recycling: Please do not litter. Use provided dumpsters and recycling stations. "Pack in and pack out!"

  9. Restricted Areas: Stay out of marked restricted areas.

  10. Valuables: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure your belongings.

Note: Violations may result in removal from the property.

 

Fire Safety

  • No flames at any time.

  • Smoking is prohibited (e-cigs and vapes allowed only).

  • Drive only on mowed ground; do not idle vehicles.

  • No stoves/propane allowed near river camping.

Will There Be River Access?

Yes, Clear Creek will be accessible during designated river hours, with a lifeguard on duty. Please adhere to the following rules:

  • No glass on the beach.

  • Pack out what you pack in—this is a leave-no-trace event.

  • Swim at your own risk.

 

Is There Parking Onsite?

Yes, parking is available for $25. Note that there is no re-entry permitted for vehicles during the festival.

 

Can I Arrive Before 10 AM or After 10 PM?

No, vehicles cannot enter or exit during these hours for safety reasons. Artists are exempt.

 

Is There a Daycare Available?

No, all children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the weekend. We recommend writing the child's name and the adult's phone number on their wristband.

 

Are Children Allowed at the Festival?

Yes! Kids 12 and under enter for free, and those aged 6-17 can purchase discounted Jr. Tickets.

 

Is the Festival Accessible for ADA Attendees?

Yes, ADA parking is available at no extra cost, and accessible bathrooms are located next to the stage. Email us for any further accommodations: goodtimecampout@gmail.com.

 

Are There Quiet Hours?

There are no quiet hours. If you have small children, consider setting up your camp away from the main festivities.

 

Is There Trash Disposal On-Site?

No, this is a pack-in, pack-out event. Join us on Sunday for the Pick-up Parade to support Mother Nature.

 

Are There Mosquitos?

Yes, please bring bug spray.

 

Is There Seating by the Stage?

No seating is provided, but feel free to bring your own lawn chair or picnic blanket.

 

Can I Bring a Pop-Up Tent?

Yes, but it must be set up 200 feet away from the main stage. Shade/picnic tents under 5 feet are allowed.

 

Can We Bring a Grill?

Yes, but it must be used in the designated grill area.

 

Is Ice Available On-Site?

Yes, ice can be picked up before 1 PM at the TRUE NORTH BAR for $6 per bag or $8 per block. Cash and Venmo are accepted.

 

Can I Leave and Re-Enter?

No, re-entry is not allowed for vehicles or campers.

 

What Can I Bring?

You may bring:

  • Camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, pad, warm layers)

  • Food, snacks, and beverages

  • Cash for vendors

  • A cooler

  • Headlamp

  • Swimwear and towel

  • Fire extinguisher for your camp

  • Sunblock, hat, and sunglasses

  • Reusable water bottle (2 gallons per day)

 

What Items Are Prohibited?

Please do not bring:

  • Flames (lighters, stoves, fire pits)

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Fireworks or explosives

  • Drones (unless you have a media pass)

  • Sound systems

  • Illegal drugs

  • Pets (except service animals; proof required)

  • Glass containers

  • Balloons

  • Public intoxication

Will There Be Food On-Site?

Yes, various food and snack options will be available, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

Are There Water Bottle Refilling Stations?

Bring your own water for hydration.

​

Can I Tag on Things and Inside the Porta Potties?

Tagging is not permitted, and violators will face fines.

 

Can I Smoke?

Vaping and cigarette smoking are allowed.

 

Can I Get a Ticket Refunded?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred. Sell them to a friend or post them on our Facebook event page.

 

Does Camping Have Shade?

Camping is first-come, first-served, and there are shaded areas, especially in the walk-in zones.

 

What Age Groups Are Welcome?

All ages are welcome! We have activities suitable for younger kids through teens.

 

What Activities Are Available for Kids?

Family-friendly activities include a kids' zone, arts and crafts, games, and nature activities. A schedule will be available at the event.

 

Are Generators Allowed?

Generators are generally not allowed due to noise. If you need one for medical reasons, please contact us in advance.

 

Are There Restroom Facilities?

Yes, portable restrooms and hand-washing stations will be available throughout the festival.

 

What Should We Do in Case of Emergency?

We will have a medical team on site. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the nearest first aid station.

 

What Is the Check-In Process Like?

Check-in will be at the entrance. Have your tickets ready, along with any necessary identification for ADA parking or minor registrations. Our staff will assist you as needed to ensure a smooth arrival.
